It is your responsibility, as our customer, to read the legal terms on our website carefully and to raise any problems with us before you place your order. Shipping & Delivery

Postage & Packing Costs for deliveries within the UK over £100 free. £3.95 Shoes and £4.95 Boots.

Returns are at Customers expense or may be returned free of charge to one of our stores. We will advise by email the international postage cost's.

Our normal despatch period is 2 to 5 working days and over 75% are despatched in 2 working days, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail recorded delivery service.

UK orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Ay UK claims for lost goods will not be entered into until 15 working days from despatch.

Privacy & Security
 
This website contains information about our goods which you will need to be fully aware of before you place your order with us, including descriptions of our goods, current prices (including VAT) and delivery costs. We reserve the right to correct any errors in that information without liability to you. It also means that in no circumstances will we be contractually bound to supply you with goods on the basis of any incorrect information, even if that information is repeated in your order.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in it's original condition and packaging (e.g. box). We will refund the product price

We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

Returns can be taken back to our retail store for an exchange or gift card only or to request a full refund which will be credited back to your payment card within 10 days. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you.

Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

If you choose to return a 'store' purchase we do not refund unwanted or unsuitable merchandise, we will gladly offer an exchange or gift card, providing the goods are unworn and returned within 14 days in the original packaging (e.g. box), Sale stock within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. We would like to advise that our Gift Cards can be redeemed in  both our stores. They are valid for 2 years from date of is issue..

 Ordering

To purchase your selected items in your shopping cart, proceed with your order using our secure online purchasing facility, click on the "checkout" button, signified with a tick symbol. You will then be transferred to our secure server to complete your order.

If you would like to make an order or purchase an item from us but do not want to enter your credit/ debit card details on the website, you can pay for your order over the phone if you wish. Paying by postal order may slow down the ordering process, as we can not process your order until your postal order has been received and cleared, please take this into consideration.

You will be asked to provide certain information we need to enable us to process your order such as your preferred delivery address, payment details and possible telephone number, in the event of queries/problems with your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with sufficient information to process you order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You may receive acknowledgement of your purchase with us from our payment processor, advising you whether or not your credit or debit card payment has been authorised and therefore successful. This acknowledgement relates to your payment only and is not our acceptance of your order. Once we have acknowledged the payment to us, we will then proceed to accept and process your order as quickly as possible. In particular we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

We will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if in any way we feel it would be at risk of the business. If we refuse your order fro any reason we will let you know as soon as we can. If we accept your order we will inform you without undue delay.

Once we have entered into a contract with you we shall supply you with the items specified in your order in accordance with the terms of the contract.
